PAYMENT & FEES

Visa and MasterCard are accepted online, by phone, and at the Box Office. Checks and cash are accepted at the Box Office.

Below is an explanation of our fees:

• Credit Card Fee: Tickets purchased online, by phone, or in the box office by credit/debit card will be charged a $1.00 fee per ticket
• Convenience Fee (phone/net fee): Tickets purchased online or by phone will be charged a $2.50 fee per ticket. These fees go toward the costs associated with offering convenient ticket purchasing options (so you don’t need to leave the house) – including online software and telephone services
• Delivery Fees: Tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to delivery fees.
  • US Mail: A $3.00 fee will be added to the total order for printing, handling, and postage
  • Will Call: A $2.00 fee will be added to the total order for printing and handling
  •  Mobile Delivery or Print at Home: No fees will be added

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No refunds are given except in the case of cancelation by the presenting organization.

Tickets may only be exchanged for different seats or for another show date of the same performance. All exchanges are subject to a $1.00 per ticket reprint fee.
