Numerica Performing Arts Center: Policy on Covid-19

Beginning September 1st (2021), audience members over the age of 12 will be required to be fully vaccinated OR show proof of negative Covid-19 test from within 72 hours for all performances and public events held indoors. Children under the age of 12 do not need to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test but are required to wear a mask. 

 

Masks are required to be worn at all times while not actively eating or drinking.

 

For Vaccination Card Proof (Individuals over the age of 12)

The Numerica Performing Arts Center will require:

    • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (No negative COVID-19 test required if fully vaccinated).
    • Fully vaccinated means that your final vaccination was more than 14 days prior to the date of your performance or event.
    • The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination
      • Vaccination card (which includes the name of the person vaccinated, type of vaccine, and date the last dose administered).
      • A printed photo of the attendee’s vaccination card.
      • A photo of the attendee’s vaccination card is stored on a phone or electronic device.
      • Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider, electronic health record, or state Immunization Information System record.

For Negative Covid-19 Test Proof (Individuals over the age of 12)

  • Children under the age of 12 DO NOT need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

The Numerica Performing Arts Center will require:

    • Proof of a negative COVID-19 test
      • Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or
      • Proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 12 hours of the performance start time.
    • The following are acceptable as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result
      • Printed document, email, or text message displayed on a phone or electronic device from the test provider or laboratory that includes:
        • the name of the person tested
        • type of test performed
        • the date of the negative test result.

Self-reported negative test results that are not from a test provider, a laboratory, or a health care provider cannot be accepted.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT ARE THE SAFETY PROTOCOLS THAT WILL BE IN PLACE?

The Numerica PAC will have hand sanitizer and masks available for all patrons. The theater will also undergo a deep clean following and before each performance to ensure a sanitary environment.

WILL MY SEAT LOCATION CHANGE BECAUSE OF COVID?

At this time, there will be no necessary seat changes. This may change if social distancing is required for future events.

WILL YOU OFFER STREAMING OPTIONS IF I WANT TO WATCH FROM HOME?

Some events may offer streaming options. Please check with the individual promoter or call the Box Office at (509) 663-ARTS to confirm.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

The Numerica PAC will offer customer credit for any cancellation due to COVID-related circumstances. You will receive credit for the full ticket value which can be used for a any future event.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE? 

No refunds are given except in the case of cancelation by the presenting organization. Tickets may only be exchanged for different seats or for another show date of the same performance. All exchanges are subject to a $1.00 per ticket reprint fee. Refunds for COVID-related circumstances will be made on a case-by-case basis.
