Join the Numerica Performing Arts Center for another year of holiday spirit at the annual NUMERICA FESTIVAL OF TREES fundraiser, sponsored by Numerica Credit Union. The halls will be filled with lavishly decorated trees and wreaths and the weekend packed with premiere events at the Stanley Civic Center, November 15-18. This weekend festival is a fundraiser for the Numerica Performing Arts Center.

PUBLIC VIEWING

Public viewing hours are free to the public, upstairs in the Stanley Civic Center. Check out the array of community-decorated trees and wreaths of all sizes, with the chance to take them home in the silent auction.

HOLIDAY SPICE

Holiday Spice is back at the Numerica PAC this year with two variety shows: November 16 at 7:00pm and November 17 at 1:00pm. This annual, holiday community concert features the area’s best performers, saluting the season through dance, music, comedy, and other various performances. This year will also feature a special tribute to local heroes by Nancy Zahn. Additionally, the Numerica PAC will recognize the 2018 Stanley Lifetime Achievement recipients at both performances. Tickets are $27-$31 with discounts for seniors and students; Prices increase on show day. This event is sponsored by Richard & Connie Hoffmann with media support by Sunny FM, NCW Media, and Wenatchee Business Journal.

LITTLE BLACK DRESS PARTY

The Little Black Dress Party is the premier ladies event of the season at the Wenatchee Convention Center on November 16 starting at 7:30pm. Women can enjoy a night of dancing, giveaways, cocktails, and more! Must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets are $30; VIP tables for 4 are $200 and include tickets, a reserved table, champagne, and exclusive VIP bar access. This event is sponsored by Macy’s with media support by 103.9 KW3 and 99.5 The Bridge.

DINNER & LIVE AUCTION

The annual Dinner and Live Auction is one of the most important fundraisers for the Numerica Performing Arts Center on November 17 at 5:00pm. The evening includes a sumptuous dinner, a live auction featuring exclusive experiences and grand trees, live entertainment by Wenatchee Valley Symphony Orchestra, and more at the Wenatchee Convention Center. Tickets are $60 or $500 for a table of 10 through October 27, at which point tickets are $75 or $700 for a table of 10. This event is sponsored by Confluence Health. Grand trees are sponsored by James & Barbara Brink, Central Washington Water, Justin Jessica Natalie and Liam Clay, Confluence Health, Dave & Sandy Gellatly, and Sunny FM.

TEDDY BEAR TIME & FREE SANTA PHOTOS – Sunday, November 18 at 11am

Numerica Festival of Trees concludes on Sunday with Teddy Bear Time and photos with Santa at the Wenatchee Convention Center. Teddy Bear Time is a ticketed event for children and their families that include a selection of specialty teas and other drinks, pastries, and a hands-on activity for a take-home souvenir. Tickets are $10 for children and $15 for adults and go on sale October 15.
