Honorary Membership for Mamma Mia! 2020 Ticket Holders

Due to the pandemic, Music Theatre of Wenatchee and the Numerica Performing Arts Center are forced to postpone the 2020 Apple Blossom Musical MAMMA MIA! presented by North Cascades Bank and CliftonLarsonAllen to 2021. The health and safety of our community and cast are of the utmost importance and by following the “Stay-At-Home” order and Social Distancing rules, we believe we are doing our part by making sure everyone can continue to dance, jive and have the time of their lives.

What to do if you have already purchased tickets:

You can DONATE the value of that ticket in lieu of a refund. In exchange for your generosity, you will automatically become an exclusive Honorary Member for both the Numerica Performing Arts Center and Music Theatre of Wenatchee!

What you will get if you donate your 2020 ticket purchase:

  • First access to purchase tickets for Mamma Mia! 2021, Music Theatre of Wenatchee shows and all Numerica PAC shows before they go on sale to the public.
  • Your name listed in every Numerica PACBill for the 2020-2021 season.
  • 50% off a Mamma Mia! 2021 T-Shirt.
  • An invitation to a private reception at the Numerica PAC on opening night of Mamma Mia! 2021.
  • An invitation to two, free General Membership meetings which include dinner and previews of upcoming shows at the Riverside Playhouse in August and January.
  • Ticket discounts for Thursday shows at the Riverside Playhouse which include a champagne reception at intermission.
  • Notice of all auditions and shows at the Riverside Playhouse.
  • Quarterly newsletter from Music Theatre of Wenatchee.
If instead you would like a refund for this event or have questions about your tickets, please contact Zach Missal at the Box Office – [email protected] or by calling (509) 663-ARTS (509-663-2787)

Please contact us before April 29th, 2020 with your choice of options. If we do not hear from you by June 1st, your purchase will be converted to the donation described above.

Thank you and stay safe.

April Events Update

April 1, 2020 – Wenatchee, WA: The health and safety of our patrons, staff, volunteers and community is our top priority as we move forward. In adherence with Governor Jay Inslee’s ‘Stay-At-Home’ order along with our own efforts to “flatten the curve”, the Numerica Performing Arts Center will be closing its doors to the public and suspending all events until further notice. The box office will also be closed during this time in an effort to protect our staff and volunteers.

Postponed Events:

April  8 at 6:30pm – April Monthly Movie on the Big Screen: Jurassic Park

April 9 at 7:30pm – Mike Super Magic & Illusion

April 29 thru May 10 – 2020 Apple Blossom Musical: Mamma Mia

Here’s how you can help the Numerica PAC:

If you are a ticket holder for any of our postponed (rescheduled) events, and can afford to do so, please consider supporting our theater by keeping your tickets and opting for Customer Credit (not applicable to Mamma Mia! tickets) rather than asking for a refund. We are diligently working to reschedule these events and this effort will drastically improve our chances of being able to weather the storm during these unprecedented closures. Additionally, if you feel compelled to do so, the Numerica PAC will also gladly accept any donations on our website as our theater is going dark for an undetermined amount of time numericapac.org/donate. Stay tuned for upcoming events at the Numerica PAC in May and June!

What about my Tickets?

Once again, if you can afford to do so, please consider the Customer Credit option which allows you to purchase tickets to any Numerica PAC show this season or next; and/or future performances of the postponed show. However, if you would like a refund for any of the postponed/rescheduled events or have questions about your tickets, please contact Zach Missal in the Box Office – [email protected] or by calling (509) 663-ARTS (509-663-2787)
