Dancing with the Wenatchee Stars

Dancing with the Wenatchee Stars is a show that communities are raving about. Similar to the popular TV show, 6 community members are paired up with one of Utah Ballroom Dance Company's professional dancers to learn a ballroom dance routine over one week. Once the local Stars have learned their routines they are costumed, add in some video highlights and a judging panel, and put them into a show where the audience will vote for who will win the mirror ball trophy. This interactive production is so much fun for everyone.

Contestants: NCWEDD administrator JENNIFER KORFIATIS, real estate business owner LAURA MOUNTER, North 40 Productions owner JEFF OSTENSON, Wenatchee chief of police TOM ROBBINS, Ogden Murphy Wallace attorney CHUCK ZIMMERMAN, and Art on the Avenue founder ADELE WOLFORD. Should one of the dancers be unable to compete, the Wenatchee World publisher RUFUS WOODS will step in as an alternate.

Judges Panel: Pybus Public Market’s ALEX HALEY, Eastmont High School’s LANCE NOELL, and the Community Foundation of NCW’s BETH STIPE
